At Chateau de Notre Dame, you can live Independently and retire here in our apartments, resting assured that if your lifestyle, medical and care needs ever change, Chateau de Notre Dame's facilities and services will adapt and grow to meet them. We offer Independent & Assisted Living Apartments as well as skilled nursing services.

Dining
Delicious well-balanced meals are served three times a day, seven days a week, under the supervision of a registered dietician who ensures the special dietary needs of our nursing home residents are accommodated. Meals are served in our spacious dining room with a beautiful view of the courtyard area.  Independent & Assisted Living residents also enjoy meals in their own separate dining area overlooking the courtyard.

Religious Services
Welcoming people of all faiths, Chateau de Notre Dame's full-time Pastoral Care department is joined by visiting seminarians and other spiritual directors in ministering to the individual needs of each resident. Daily mass is said by our chaplain in our Beautiful downstairs chapel.  Eucharistic Ministers are available to administer the Eucharist to residents in their rooms upon request. Resident's can also enjoy some quiet meditation in our small chapel on the ground floor of the apartment building.  Arrangements may be made for visiting pastors/chaplains to visit as requested.

Activities
Our monthly activity calendar is full of events to keep everyone actively engaged, energized and involved. Regular socials, in particular, are a delightful way for residents to form lasting, rewarding friendships within this wonderful community of peers. To look your best, we have a Hair Salon open 5 days a week and staffed by 2 full time beauticians. For grocery shopping and other planned group outings, we have a community van to provide comfortable and convenient transportation. See our Calendar of Events for our monthly activity calendar.

Amenities
Meals, laundry and housekeeping services are available to our nursing home residents. A podiatrist and Dentist also visit the community regularly for on-site appointments.

Several private rooms are available for personal visits and may also be reserved for private gatherings.  Each activity room has a large screen television, and our main dining room is available for our large activities.  Transportation to doctor's appointments is also available.

Rehabilitation Therapy
Our Rehabilitation Center provides trained therapists to work with our residents at Chateau de Notre Dame. The Physical Therapy program seeks to restore normal function to the neuromuscular and skeletal systems, relieve pain and prevent disability. The Occupational Therapy program addresses those problems that interfere with functional performance, including many activities of daily living. The Speech Therapy program focuses on residents experiencing problems in the areas of communication, swallowing and cognition. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy are available to all residents upon written doctor's orders and can be covered by most insurance policies, including Medicare Part B.
